My topic is: advanced in antibiotic stewardship.
As more microorganisms get resistance to Antibiotics treatment, the development of new antibiotics seems to get behind in treatment.And to
prevent multidrug resistant organisms, we need to work on- Educating staffs
– Enhancing infection prevention and control
– Prescribing antibiotics when they are truly needed.
– Prescribing antibiotics with adequate dosages and reassessing treatment when culture results are available.
– Monitoring antibiotics consumptions
