The purpose of this assignment is to plan a small change project to enhance the patient experience.

The inspiration for the planned change must come from data collected through the audit process; this audit could be national or one that has been conducted locally within your trust, however it must be current and relate to patient care/experience.

Remember that the change that you suggest is not going to be implemented as part of this assignment.
