processes, procedures and other systems that keep the organization running while providing care to patients.
Submit the following information pertaining to an analysis of operations in healthcare organizations.

Provide a brief description of the kind of organization you’re using as the context for this assignment. For example, use the context of a hospital, clinic, long-term care facility, insurance company or other care provider service to base your analysis.

How would you characterize the organization based on a model of standard and/or custom care?

Identify the organization’s mission, philosophy, and the administrative structure. Identify the type of organizational structure the facility represents (functional, matrix reporting, joint practice, etc.). Give examples that support the type you selected.

Discuss major strengths and limitations of the organization.

Describe the nursing care delivery system(s) used. Include delegation examples of manager, charge nurse, licensed staff to unlicensed staff.
