What cultural competence strategies will you employ that are behavioral, measurable, and professional to increase your cultural competence? For example, let’s say that you wanted to get competent in hypnosis.

What would you do in order to learn how to use it with patients? Would you simply remain open to learning about hypnosis or “educate” yourself?
