What should the laws state? Will these be state and/or Federal? Will they be implemented in the state and/or Federal governments?
What protocols? What will the checklists state? Will there be someone “checking”?
What about requiring all PD’s to have body cams? Explain the problems and issues (ineffective, long-standing, national problem, divides race and law enforcement, encourages stereotyping, etc.)
