You are preparing for a challenging City Council meeting. You need to be able to give the other council members and mayor an accurate “city of affairs” to make sure significant cuts can be made in the appropriate areas, and other critical areas can continue to be funded.

Select an agency or program from your local city to analyze the financial plan to respond to the following questions in a 4–5 page paper:

Evaluate a financial plan of your local city agency or program. Title this section Financial Plan.

Justify your recommendations.

Your assignment must follow these formatting requirements:

Include a short introduction (include background information of agency or program information) and use the questions as section headers.

NCLEX Live Review & Reflective Activity

Students area required to attend the NCLEX Live Review hosted by Campus Academic Team (or as directed by course faculty).

The purpose of this assignment is to provide the student with an opportunity to assess their performance on previous Content Mastery Series Assessment as well as NR446 Module Assessments, reflect on areas of opportunity and identify strategies to promote NCLEX-RN success. All previous assessments provide the student with identified areas of strengths and areas of opportunities.

The analysis will allow the student the opportunity to identify and prioritize trended learning needs and learning strategies to improve knowledge and performance.

Based on individual performance on ATI Content Master Series (CMS) and ATI Capstone Assessments (NR446), prioritize the top five (5) concepts (topics) of greatest opportunity.

For each identified topics, identify two (2) learning strategies that you plan to address.

Reflection: Using at least 200 words, describe how you will utilize knowledge and strategies obtained throughout the curriculum to prepare for the Predictor and/or NCLEX-RN. Include one statement of advice you would share with another student to help prepare for the ATI NCLEX Predictor.

Hello Class!

Competitive bidding is where contractors submit a bid, like seal bidding, with their most reasonable, competitive price in order to win a contract award. The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act that was implemented in 2014 provides rights and protections to make health care more affordable and understandable

(1). Competitive bidding is a viable alternative to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act when the suppliers are competing for their product at the most reasonable price possible.

Defining factors regarding the competitive bidding process and its survival or failure in the health care arena regarding the implementation of Universal Health Care are that suppliers must submit bid prices in the amount that is willing to be accepted as payment

(2). Then the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) enters a contract with the durable medical equipment (DME) at the price that has been determined by the competitive bid

(2). With a set fee schedule the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services pays the qualified supplier based on their pricing.have a relative that was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes.

There are various blood glucose monitors in the market, however only a few are covered by Medicaid. With competitive bidding, all the various blood glucose monitor suppliers will compete to get their product in the market and try to dominate the market that theirs has the best technology and safety.

With the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act making it more affordable, it eliminates the competition between suppliers and overall, they will have a flat price and the government and tax payers will have to pay into the bucket to make it affordable.
