My Current Challenge with my engineering team is, My Team always do process Manually, time wasting, with lots of paperwork, we are always struggle, and always behind in producing Engineering plan work on time,

My leadership challenge is, to convince my team to stop keep doing the same thing over and over, we need to try new things, change things, to streamline the process to allow us achieving target
