Estimate the human and other resources that will be needed to carry out your proposal. You do not need to include specific dollar amounts, but you should anticipate what each activity requires in terms of resources in general terms.

This is a group activity. For more information on groups, see About Group Work.

Share an outline of Section VI and VII (Timeline & Resource Allocation and Conclusion) of your Change Proposal with your peers.

You will collaborate with a small group of your classmates to share ideas and offer feedback and suggestions to one another in an informal setting.

This collaboration within your group will assist you in further developing your Change Proposal to be submitted for feedback from your instructor.

In your time and resource allocation post, be sure to cover the following:

Time – Give an approximate time-frame for the different stages (i.e., pre-implementation through evaluation) and activities in your proposal
Human Resources – Estimate the human resources that you will need to carry out your proposal. You do not need to include specific dollar amounts, but you should anticipate what each activity requires in terms of resources in general terms. For example, you might need a certain number of full- or part-time staff or the services of a contracted firm.
Other Resources – Estimate the other resources that will be needed to carry out your proposal.

For example, specific software, hospital supplies, laptops, publicity materials, and so forth. You may find it useful to use an Excel spreadsheet or other table for presenting this information.
