Change management implementation within organisations

You are required to review between 10 to 15 academic journal articles on how to manage change in an organization (example, Business, Non-Profit Organisation (NGO) and or communities). The central question is “How can change be successfully implemented in an organization”? putting the emphases on the human resources management and the changes it goes through during that change period.

The Proposed Report structure
1. Executive Summary
To include introduction and background of the study. The introductory paragraph is to cover the topic reviewed, the number of articles reviewed and the aim of the review

2. Literature reviews
Provide in a summary form, the literature of the articles reviewed. You are to explain what these articles are saying about the topic of study. Quotations are required in this section. For example, According to John (2020), he mentioned that change management is necessary as it allows organisations to adapt to the changes in the external environment
3. Body
1: Define the term change management and provide an example.
2: Discuss the elements in the management of change.
3: Identify the similarities and the differences as highlighted by all these articles and in relation to human resources management.
4: Identify the gaps by evaluating the findings and linking them together to make sense out of your findings

In answering this section consider the questions of what, why, where and how changes happen in organisations.

4. Conclusion You are to provide a conclusion by answering the reason for the study, summarise your main findings and provide your opinion
